Putting What Works to Work Putting What Works to Work (PWWTW) is a project of the National Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy funded, in part, by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Through PWWTW, the Campaign translates research on teen pregnancy prevention and related issues into user-friendly materials.

Exemplary State Programs to Prevent Chronic Disease and Promote Health This Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Webpage gives brief descriptions of interventions taken by a state or community within a state to address a public health problem. Interventions are listed by disease/risk factor.

Model Programs for Hepatitis A, B, and C The Immunization Action Coalition website offers model Hepatitis prevention programs by type of venue (e.g. school) or target population (homeless persons) from throughout the U.S. Not all interventions have been evaluated.

Share What Works The National Association of City and County Health Officials (NACCHO) is soliciting Model and Promising Practices used by local public health agencies to facilitate effective and innovative public health practices.
