Activ8Kids! 2006 Promotional Bike Ride
The New York State Department of Health's five-day, five county 2006 Activ8Kids! Promotional Bike Ride and School Recognition Tour involves bicyclists serving as Activ8Kids! ambassadors who will visit five schools from Long Island to Albany on their 270 plus mile tour across New York this week to promote healthy lifestyles among children.
The following schools are part of the tour to promote the State's Activ8Kids! campaign:
- September 25: Fifth Avenue School, 217 Fifth Avenue, Bay Shore
- September 26: Harriet Tubman Learning Center, 250 West 127th Street, NYC
- September 27: West Haverstraw Elementary, 71 Blauvelt Avenue, West Haverstraw
- September 28: Hyde Park Elementary, Albany Post Road, Hyde Park
- September 29: North Albany Academy, 570 North Pearl Street, Albany
