Thank you for your interest in our materials. This catalog contains a listing of current health publications available. An order form is available in the back of the booklet.
Because of high demand and limited inventory, we must ask that you follow the instructions listed below.
- No more than 10 different publications may be ordered.
- You may order up to 200 copies of each (10 copies of posters) or provide details on why more are needed.
- For fastest delivery, please list items in numerical order by code number. These orders will be filled first.
Bulk orders cannot be delivered to post office box numbers. Please provide your complete address, including zip code. Feel free to photocopy the order form so you can keep the original with the catalog for future use. Please try not to order more than six times a year. Allow at least three weeks for delivery.
