School Contractors
The Healthy Heart Program funds these organizations to work in schools to make it easier for students to eat healthful foods and be physically active. They will use the School Health Index to help schools assess their health environment and to develop plans to make schools healthier places for students and staff. We encourage other health professionals in their regions to work with these organizations
